- To process and confirm your registration payment via Paddle (contract performance).
- To communicate with you about your league, schedule, and results (contract performance).
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and to keep the Service secure (legitimate interests).

- To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).
4. Who we share your information with
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record, which handles payment processing, subscription/registration management, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds.
- Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate contracts.
- Other league participants — your name and match results appear in public league standings.
- Authorities — where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- Professional advisers — such as legal or accounting advisers, where necessary.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention
We keep your registration and league data for as long as you remain an active player and for a reasonable period afterward (typically up to 3 years) for record-keeping, dispute resolution, and historical standings. Transaction records may be kept longer to meet tax and accounting obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
6. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and a managed cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of your information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
